About The Event
In this 3 hour beginner’s weaving class you will work on a small wooden lap loom. During the workshop you will learn all the basics, including how to warp your loom ready to weave, how to choose which yarns to use, basic weaving techniques including plain weave, rya knots and soumak weave, and of course how to finish and take your weaving off the loom.
