In this workshop you will learn how to design and make your own lampshade from design to construction.

Start by creating your own lino cut motif, using traditional lino cutting techniques. Then use your handmade stamp to print a stunning one colour repeating design for your piece of cloth.

Finally we will turn your fabric into a 20x20cm lampshade, suitable for either a table or ceiling lamp fitting and sure to brighten up any room.

Although not necessary do feel free to bring with you some ideas and inspiration for you block stamp.
